BIO
Hector Olan Couret, who everyone lovingly refers to as “Senior” is the founder of Olan & Olan Law. His focus is on the day to day notary work, as well as matters relating to the practice areas of the firm.
Graduated from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Senior established an ample general practice in law, as well as notary.
Before establishing the firm, senior served as a soldier during the Vietnam War, and later rose to the rank of second lieutenant in the Puerto Rico Police Department. Said experiences guide him daily in the search for Justice on behalf of our clients.
Senior is admitted to practice as an attorney and a notary in Puerto Rico.

BIO
Hector O. Olan Batista is a partner at Olan & Olan Law. His focus is on general litigation at the local and federal levels, as well as matters relating to the practice areas of the firm.
Graduated with honors from the School of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. Hector has had the opportunity of modernizing the operations of the firm with a focus of giving more and better access to clients in the administration of their matters.
Before arriving at the firm, Hector was a Police Officer in the State of Georgia for five years. Experience he brings to bear on all criminal matters attended on a daily basis, for the benefit of our clients.
Hector is admitted to practice as an attorney in Puerto Rico, as well as the District Court of the United States for the District of Puerto Rico. He is also authorized as a notary in Puerto Rico.
